This is a tough one.
Mostly because thriving is going to look different for different people.
Thriving might mean having enough energy to work a full-time job. Or it might mean quitting your job altogether.
It might mean cutting unsupportive friends out of your life or finding ways to make new friends.
It might mean shifting your self-care routines into over-drive.
Thriving might also look like:
- Decorating a room
- Making music
- Lifting weights
- Going out for coffee
- Going grocery shopping
- Finding your life purpose
- Setting boundaries
- Starting therapy
- Cooking dinner
- Laughing more often
- Finding a better doctor
- Connecting with friends
- Needing less pain medication
- Spending less time on social media
- Not needing a nap to get through the day
But I think thriving really boils down to knowing what is important to you and finding ways to spend time and energy on it as well as finding ways to make everything else in your life easier.
What do y’all think? What does thriving look like to you?
