Chronic pain seems to require daily pain management, especially if we want to function at our best.
These videos include many of the exercises that I’ve turned to over the years to help me dial back my pain levels. I hope they can help you feel better too.
You may only need to work on one thing; you may need to work on them all.
- Start slow.
- Don’t overdo it.
- And if anything makes your pain worse, stop doing it immediately.
