When I started this blog, I didn’t think healing from chronic pain was possible.
But I stumbled upon Curable early on in my blogging journey, while doing research for posts.
It piqued my curiosity and I decided to try it.
I’m so glad I did!
The neck and lower back pain I’ve had for the past 17 years hasn’t gone away, but it has certainly decreased.
It is a whisper of what it used to be.
My autoimmune thyroid issues have loosened their hold as well.
My brain fog has lifted on all but the worst days. My joint pain is nowhere near as intense or widespread as it used to be.
Instead of needing naps nearly every day to function thanks to fatigue, I now only need a nap once or twice a month.
Why am I mentioning this?
Because if I hadn’t been willing to set aside my beliefs about whether it was possible to heal from chronic pain, I would still be suffering.
I am grateful every day for Curable.
I am also grateful for my inquisitive nature and my willingness to try new things, despite having no guarantee of my desired outcome.
I don’t know if you can heal from your chronic pain. But I do know that it is possible to heal.
These three Ted Talks seem to agree…
What do you think? Do you think healing might be possible for you, too?
